Scholarship Foundation

The Oregon Telecommunications Association Scholarship Foundation was established to offer scholarships to employees and immediate families of OTA members to further education in colleges, universities and trade schools.

In addition, the Foundation is proud to offer the Diana Coleman Memorial Scholarship to honor a long-time board member, supporter and friend of the Foundation.  To honor Diana’s memory, the OTA Scholarship Foundation created this award to be given in addition to the annual awards which are largely based on academics.  Diana’s greatest passion was for students who encountered adversity, that persevered and triumphed over their difficulties.  The Diana Coleman Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student who most closely fits the criteria Diana championed.  This additional scholarship will be awarded from the overall applications submitted.

We are proud to announce the Scholarship Award Recipients for the 2023-2024 school year! Congratulations to all the recipients and best wishes for success in their pursuit of continued education towards their career goals!
