The OTA Membership Directory is updated annually at the beginning of each year.

The update process for the 2017 publication is now in progress. The deadline to submit changes and/or ads is Friday – December 30, 2016. Please complete and submit the appropriate form(s) prior to the deadline to ensure your most current information appears in the new directory.
The following e-forms are included for your convenience. Upon completion of the form(s) you will need to print and e-mail the form(s) to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Membership Directory Information Update Request Form (to update your existing listing)
New Member Directory Listing Form (complete if your listing did not appear in the 2016 publication)
Advertising Request Form (complete if you wish to add your logo or if you wish to place a display ad to compliment your listing). As a benefit of the membership levels, logo’s will appear on all Telephone Company and Premier Associate Member listings at no extra charge.
