Hotel Reservations: Negotiated rates are available through May 3. For discounted group rates, call (541) 764-3600 (press option 1 for reservations, then option 2 at the next prompt for group reservations) between 7am-7pm and identify yourself as an attendee of this event or use our direct link above for bookings! Because we cannot guarantee take rates on days outside the conference, we do not have special rates for outside our event. Please call to make reservations if you decide to add nights outside of our room block of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday nights, so that you can still take advantage of our discounted event rates for those specific days. The web booking system will show your search inquiry as “unavailable” in the instance you enter any other check in/out days.
