About OTA Membership
The membership in the Oregon Telecommunications Association is divided into three categories:
Telecommunications Provider Members
Any telecommunications utility or cooperative providing services within the boundaries of exchange maps filed and approved by the Oregon Public Utility Commission and any individual or business that is authorized to do business as an interexchange carrier, wireless provider, competitive telecommunications service provider, reseller of telecommunications services, shared tenant services provider, cable television provider, radio paging provider, Internet service provider or any other telecommunications provider approved by the Board of Directors. Annual dues for Telecommunications Provider Members are calculated from a formula based on the number of access lines and regulated gross revenue.
Premier Associate Members
This class of membership demonstrates a high level of support to the OTA and the industry. For this support, the premier member receives signage at the Annual Meeting, priority booth placement, invitation to the Board of Directors Reception at the Annual Meeting as well as additional association benefits. Annual dues are $1,000.00.
Associate Members
Any organization or individual who regularly furnishes materials, supplies or services which are used in the operations of the telecommunications industry. A telecommunications provider that does not provide service in Oregon may join as an associate member. Annual dues are $350.00.
