2020 Outside Plant Seminar Registration Form must be received in the OTA Office by Tuesday, April 7th, 2020 by 5:00 pm on the due date.

A $25.00 Late Registration Fee will be charged for forms received after April 7th.

$325.00 Member Registration Received by April 7th
$475.00 Non-Member Registration Received by April 7th
 

For hotel reservations, call 1-541-265-9411. Please indicate that you are with the OTA Outside Plant Seminar group. Please make your room reservations as soon as possible to ensure access to our group room block.

The cut-off date for making reservations is Sunday – March 15th, 2020.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel policy requires guaranteed number of attendees one week prior to our event. We appreciate your understanding of this.

Cancellations made after April 7th & "no-shows" will be charged the full registration fee..

Registration fee includes: Program, seminar materials, refreshment breaks, two buffet breakfasts, one buffet lunch, and the evening Welcome Reception.

Exhibitor Registration

Please complete both the seminar registration form and this exhibit/sponsor form when registering.

The first two persons representing an exhibiting company must also register for the seminar and pay the full individual registration fee.

Each additional person representing the company is required to pay only a guest meals fee of $100.00.

Payment options are listed on the seminar registration form. Six-foot skirted tables are available for your exhibit. We will not be using pipe and drape.

This year we are again offering “Vendor Quick Topics” on our program agenda. We are extending the opportunity to our exhibiting vendors to get up in front of the attendees and give a brief 5-minute presentation (no slides please) on a new product, service or item you would like to introduce or make known with the intent of drawing more visits to the exhibit booths. We will have a total of four sessions available on a first-come, first served basis. These short segments will be slotted at the beginning of each scheduled speaker presentation. OTA Member -- $100.00 for the first table; $50.00 for each additional table.
Non-Member -- $250.00 for the first table; $100.00 for each additional table.
 

Shipping Instructions: If you will be shipping display materials or related equipment to the seminar site, please ship to arrive no earlier than two days prior to the event and arrange for items to be shipped out within two days after the event. Any materials left over two days will be accessed a fee of $25.00 per day for storage.
